Best pizza in PDX? Nostrana, hands down. Also, closest to Italian pizza I've had in the US, be sure to spring for the Mozzerella di Bufala... that's fresh mozzerella made with buffalo milk, excellent stuff!!! And, if you like their pizza plates, they are made by Steelite and you can order them from Bargreen Ellingson in the industrial NW area.
